Project Summary

Client: A non-profit public-membership-based organisation in the field of harm reduction

Service: Content creation

Result: A guide with recommendations for setting up online harm reduction services

Client

EHRA, a non-profit public-membership-based organisation working in the field of human rights and harm reduction, commissioned us to develop a guide with recommendations for setting up online harm reduction services. The purpose of this guide was to provide managers of harm reduction services, as well as representatives of other organisations working with key populations, with all the essential information needed to start an online outreach programme. The guide has been shared widely on online platforms and is used as an educational resource about online outreach programme design, implementation and evaluation.

Two versions of resources (in English and Russian) have been shared widely on online platforms and are used as educational resources about online outreach programme design, implementation and evaluation.

Our Solution

  • Conducting desk research

This project required a writer with extensive experience in desk research and content writing. The writer completed comprehensive desk research on the subject matter prior to developing the guide.

  • Developing a guide with recommendations

Our writer developed a guide with evidence-based, easily implementable recommendations for setting up online harm reduction services.

  • Developing and delivering a webinar presentation

Our writer developed and delivered a webinar presentation about this resource for EHRA members and the public.

The final product was published on EHRA’s website and shared widely on social media channels.

Final Products

The final product included a guide with recommendations for setting up online harm reduction services. The final product was published on EHRA’s website, presented at an online webinar, and shared widely on social media channels. The recommendations are aimed at harm reduction managers and entail step-by-step practical tips regarding web outreach programme design, implementation and evaluation.

The final product can be accessed via the following link: Recommendations for Setting Up Online Harm Reduction Services.

Our experience of using Altlier services is very positive. Fulfillment of all agreed terms and deadlines and high-quality produced content. It was a pure pleasure working with Altlier.
