If it does, we’ll get to work restoring and cleaning up using one of our backups. Depending on your plan, malware removal and backup restoration may be part of the deal. But if extra fixes are needed, you might face an additional charge.
Advanced and Business plans include a set amount of time for small website changes (e.g., adding/swaping text and/or images, footer updates, pricing changes and navigation link updates). If you need additional changes such as adding pages, graphic design, SEO strategy, copywriting or purchasing plugins/licenses, we’ll quote them separately.
