Affiliate Scheme Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:
“Affiliate Scheme” means the scheme made available by Altlier whereby the Affiliate Scheme Member is rewarded in the event a referred individual/organisation becomes an Altlier’s client and completes their first purchase.
“Referred individual/organisation” means the individual or organisation referred to Altlier by an Affiliate Scheme Member.
“Affiliate Scheme Member” or “Member” means an individual/organisation referring another individual/organisation.
“Referral Fee(s)” or “Fee(s)” means the fees paid to the Affiliate Scheme Member under the Affiliate Scheme.
“Altlier” means Altlier LLP.
1. Joining
1.1 An individual must apply to join Altlier’s Affiliate Scheme.
1.2. An individual will only qualify to receive Referral Fees if they are an Affiliate Scheme Member.
1.3 The Affiliate Scheme is open to Altlier’s customers and the general public.
1.3 The Affiliate Scheme is not open to Altlier’s staff and contractors.
1.4 The Affiliate Scheme is not open to individuals who are not at the age of majority in their jurisdiction or the age of 18 years, whichever is greater.
2. Payment of Referral Fees
2.1 The Affiliate Scheme Member will receive a Referral Fee in the amount of 15% of each payment the referred person/organisation makes for the lifetime of their subscription if all of the following conditions are met:
2.1.1 The referred individual/organisation must provide the Affiliate Scheme Member’s unique link when they make their first purchase. If they do not use the Affiliate Scheme Member’s unique link at the time of the purchase, the referred individual/organisation must notify Altlier about the Affiliate Scheme Member’s referral via email within 10 days of the first purchase. The email address from which the referred individual/organisation informs Altlier about the Affiliate Scheme Member’s referral must be the same email address as the one used at the time of the purchase of Altlier’s services.
2.1.2 The referred individual/organisation must not be an existing customer and must not request a refund or cancel their order.
2.1.3 A Referral Fee must not be a result of a self-referral, and it must not breach any other terms and conditions. Altlier also reserves the right to decline a Referral Fee if we are already working with the referred individual/organisation or if they were introduced to us earlier by another Affiliate Scheme Member.
2.1.4 The Affiliate Scheme Member must be at the age of majority in their jurisdiction or the age of 18 years, whichever is greater.
2.2 The Affiliate Scheme Member will not receive any Referral Fees if Altlier was not informed of the referral within 10 days of the referred individual/organisation’s first purchase.
2.4 Referral Fees cannot be claimed in retrospect.
3. Limits
3.1 The Affiliate Scheme Member can only use one (1) referral code (unique link), but they can invite as many new clients as they wish using the same referral code.
3.2 There is only one reward for each referred individual/organisation referred.
3.3 Altlier will notify the Affiliate Scheme Member if the referred individual/organisation has previously been referred.
3.4 In the event that a referred company/organisation is sent by multiple Affiliate Scheme Members, whichever Affiliate Scheme Member submitted the referral first will be paid the Referral Fee.
3.5 There is no limit to the number of referrals made by each Affiliate Scheme Member, and a reward will be given for each successful referral.
3.6 The Affiliate Scheme is not open to Altlier’s staff and contractors.
3.7 The Affiliate Scheme is not open to individuals who are not at the age of majority in their jurisdiction or the age of 18 years, whichever is greater.
3.8 The cookies to track affiliate referrals are stored for 60 days. Once the cookie expires, the reward will not be awarded. The reward will also not be awarded if the customer uses a different browser to purchase than the one they originally used to visit Altlier’s website (as the cookie does not exist in that browser), if the customer clears cookies on their website before making a purchase unless the customer emails us within 10 days informing us of referral. The reward will not be awarded if a customer uses coupon code or another person’s referral link.
4. Prohibited Promotional Methods
4.1 Altlier’s services may not be promoted on coupon sites.
4.2 Altlier’s services may not be promoted on any websites associated with illegal or immoral activities. This includes adult websites, websites that display adult material or banners, gambling and casino websites, websites that promote violence, hatred or bigotry, and websites that promote or engage in illegal activity.
4.3 Affiliate applications for inappropriate websites will be rejected, and Altlier reserves the right to choose whether or not to provide a rejection reason.
4.4 It is strictly prohibited for the Affiliate Scheme Member to pretend to be professionally associated with Altlier. Affiliates are not Altlier employees and have no employee rights.
4.5 It is strictly prohibited to clone or copy Altlier’s website, use Altlier’s copyrighted site assets and pretend that a site created by an Affiliate Scheme Member is an official Altlier website.
4.6 Using any type of spam to promote Altlier is strictly prohibited. This includes spamming links, ads, emails and comments.
4.7 Using pay-per-click advertising of Altlier’s services on Google and social media is strictly prohibited.
4.8 If the Affiliate Scheme Member’s promotional methods include any prohibited methods, the Affiliate Scheme Member’s referrals may be rejected, and Altlier will disable the Affiliate Scheme Member’s affiliate account.
5. Payments
5.1 Referral Fees will be paid via a transfer to the Affiliate Scheme Member’s PayPal account.
5.2 Referral Fees cannot be paid via bank transfer.
5.3 Referral Fees cannot be applied as a discount to the Affiliate Scheme Member’s own purchases of Altlier’s services.
5.4 Referral Fees are paid monthly, with payments processed during the third week of each month for referral sales that are at least 45 days old.
5.5 The minimum required Referral Fee for a payout is £50.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 In the event of any disputes regarding the Affiliate Scheme, the decision of Altlier is final.
6.2 Altlier has the right to withdraw or adjust this scheme and update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.
6.3 The Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time at Altlier’s sole discretion. Email communication sent to the Affiliate Scheme Member’s last-known email address will be deemed sufficient notice of any such changes in these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, that provision will be severed only to the extent minimally necessary, and the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect. The waiver of any breach or default of the Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default and will not act to amend or negate the rights of the waiving party.
